These are blank forms that can be used in an emergency. You cannot send these forms from the website. Click on the relevant form to view it, then download it to your hard disk by Saving to your specified folder. You can then prepare the form and email it as usual to simfooty@bigpond.net.au.

The teamsheet below can be printed to provide a "field" that you can use when planning your team. But it's mainly a relic of the "old days" when teamsheets were submitted via the website. Unfortunately that system was very unreliable.
